A history of independence, resilience and creativity runs through our coastal settlements, Wealden towns and Downland villages. This landscape has shaped generations and now it is home to over 1.4 million people whose lives are rooted in Sussex.

Yet, today, we feel disconnected from the decisions that determine our future. Trust in politics is low. Misinformation spreads faster than facts. And many no longer believe that they have a real say.

Our campaign has a clear mission to engage, inform and empower voters by equipping them with the knowledge to make a rational and informed choice when they elect Sussex’s first mayor in 2026.

Sussex is nothing without the people who live and work here. From medieval revolts to modern reforms, we have always stood for a future where everyone can choose their own path in life.
